Job Title:   Parts Support/Inventory Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a critical parts support role. This position is vital for the seamless operation of our inventory processes. • Assist in pulling pre-orders, demonstrating a commitment to supporting both the team and customer satisfaction.
• Handle all duties related to merchandise receipt and shipment, including General Merchandise, Parts, and Accessories.
• Ship and receive departmental and/or dealership inventory while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Work together to maintain inventory accuracy and control related records; your contributions will help our team succeed.
• Assist with warranty parts maintenance as directed, showcasing a proactive work ethic in problem-solving.
• Notify the appropriate department when special orders or back-ordered items are received to enhance communication among teammates.
• Participate in periodic inventory cycle counts as instructed by your supervisor, fostering a cooperative and thorough working environment.
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook while supporting your colleagues in doing the same.
• Keep the inventory area organized and clean, demonstrating a shared responsibility for our workspace.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory, verifying receipts against purchase orders to ensure our operations run smoothly.
• Complete all training as directed by your supervisor, continually improving your skills for the benefit of the team.
• Embrace any other duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to support your team wherever needed.   

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Frequently works on a computer in a typical office environment. Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 40 pounds of material. Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle dealership. Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
