Job Title: Concierge / Loaner Fleet Coordinator – Service Drive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Concierge / Loaner Fleet Coordinator to join our Service Department. This role plays a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing our loaner fleet, assisting service advisors, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
Coordinate and organize reservations for service appointments and loaner vehicles.
Manage the loaner vehicle fleet, including check-ins/check-outs, inspecting for damages, tracking fuel levels, and monitoring mileage overages.
Serve as department cashier and handle minor appointment scheduling.
Provide exceptional customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Assist service advisors with daily operations and customer needs.
Stage customer and loaner vehicles in the service drive for pick-up/drop-off.
Coordinate transportation for customers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked customer lounge (drinks, supplies, etc.).
Answer incoming calls, redirect calls appropriately, and follow professional phone etiquette.
Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, appointment software, etc.).
Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
